What products are included in Dennis' Prep Bundle?

Before strength training, I always have a generous scoop of Total Rush 2.0, which, in addition to stimulating caffeine, also provides me with creatine and important amino acids to get me through my workout.

Before cardio training, I like to take Meta Cut Caps to support my metabolism. Since I'm on the heavier side, I sometimes take a double dose. Besides supporting fat metabolism, the Meta Cut Caps also give me the necessary focus and stamina to complete my cardio program.

Protein 80 Plus is always my faithful companion and probably my most frequently used WEIDER product. My personal secret tip: During competition preparation, I mix the Protein 80 Plus with very little water, which gives it an even creamier, pudding-like consistency. I then combine this protein pudding with, for example, rice and some fruit. Thanks to the wide variety of flavors of Protein 80 Plus, I can also counteract the monotony during a diet!

Just like my meals, my supplement intake is also precisely planned!

In the morning, about 30 minutes before my cardio workout, I take 2-3 servings (4-6 capsules) of Meta Cut. They give me focus and really get me sweating on the StairMaster or treadmill. Because they're so easy to take and the dosage is so flexible, Meta Cut capsules have become an indispensable part of my training routine.

About 30-45 minutes before my weight training, I take a heaping spoonful of Total Rush 2.0 in cranberry flavor. This pre-workout booster works like clockwork for me and gives me a real boost before every workout.
